Happily I watch a student able to use their own skills, time, and articulation to master a new situation, problem, concept, or standardized test question!  It is delightful and inspiring to work with someone so powerful.  I value being a part of those moments, when all of the critical thinking skills converge, and a student gently smiles, knowing that they possess everything needed.
